Boy, these shoes are ulgy but
they serve their purpose. The have great cushioning for my
plantar facitis and bone spur. Hopefully, they will keep my
feet warm and dry in the winter. They are not pleasing to look
at especially for a girl. But, they have a really rugged
looking tread. I am a CROC lady!!! I have been having some
pain in my feet, particularly my left one. A podiatrist
attributed it to plantar fascia, but I attribute it to inward
rotation of the ankle that also cause stress to the knee and
hip. His treatments have helped but not eliminated the
problem. Of greater help have been an over the counter ankle
support and Crocs All-Terrain, which together have greatly
eliminated the pain by tabilizing the internal rotation. My
orthopedic surgeon, who by the way also wears Crocs, agrees
with my assessment is prescribing orthodics to further control
the internal rotation and continued use of Crocs. |
